When you choose to forgive those who hurt you, you take away their power...what's broken sometimes cannot be mended, what's hurt sometimes cannot be healed but no matter how dark it gets...the sun will always rise again. Don't judge someone's choices; when you don't understand their reasons. With so many things coming back in style, I can't wait till loyalty and morals become a trend again. I'm proud of myself for not being fake ,yea I'm difficult sometimes and have a few loose screws but at all times I'm 100% me. If you absence never bothers anyone then your presence never mattered to them in the first place !!!
One day it just clicks...you realize what's important and what isn't, you learn to care less about what people think of you and more about what you think about yourself. You realize how far you've come and you remember when you thought things were such a mess that you would never recover..."and you smile" you smile because you are truly proud of yourself and the person you've fought to become . In life we should be lifting each other up and cheering each other on,not trying to outshine one another. Remember the sky would be awfully dark with just one one star . Let this year be "no snakes just ladders"...im missed my old self and I'm glad I'm coming back, sometimes holding on does more damage than letting go !!!
