Have you ever felt you've been thrown under the bus for no particular reason...
Well that's how I've been feeling lately,everything I did or do is not good enough .There's always this one person that's not happy for you or with you , makes you feel less inadequate, always being put down, this person is soo unease or unhappy with themselves that they look to see the next person being unhappy !!!
Remember who ever is trying to bring you down is already below you .
When people's negativity criticize you for not being who they think you should be,or not being enough ,or look for flaws in you and puts you down, they are really using you as a mirror for how they really feeling about themselves.
Don't let critical rude ,drag you down...
Other people's dissatisfaction with you is not an issue to take on.Dont absorb their negativity ,petty criticism, or allow there issues with you to get into your head !!!
If they dislike you for no good reason ,that is there problem to deal with. Always be yourself ,instead of allowing their judgemental wicked thoughts to mold you into someone you are not,or living your life just to please them. Have you noticed when people feel bad about themselves ,they try to point out something in you to make you feel bad ,normal people don't put others down. My point is if you have to hurt other people in order to feel powerful,then you are an extremely weak individual !!!
When someone is constantly interfering and minding your business ,putting you down, leaves you feeling like you never did anything right or you can't do anything right, makes you feel worthless and bad about yourself in general. Just know you doing nothing wrong and that this isn't them portraying love,its their way of handling there own emotional abuse...
Remember you are special, unique, rare,priceless ,beautiful, wanted, loved,cared ,powerful, independent, amazing human being. So if people who know you can't see this ,then they definitely not worth being apart of your journey...
If someone is constantly finding faults and flaws in you ,then wake up and smell the coffee...its not you that they insecure with (its with themselves).
SO IF THERE'S PEOPLE ALWAYS TRYING TO BRING YOU DOWN, IT ONLY MEANS THAT YOU ARE ABOVE THEM !!!
